This is super saiya-jin 1-3 and normal Gokou.
 
SSJ: A level to achieve pretty easy in GT
SSJ3: Not as easy to achieve as SSJ but still easy a saiya-jin just needs to search deep within their body and find their inner strength, and pull it out and then they will be stronger and have long hair down to their knees!!!
